Allegro’s current sensors include fast over-current detection in addition to a precision analog output. ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs offer a 1MHz bandwidth with a lightning-fast 210nS response time for AC or DC current sensing. These ICs are designed for high-frequency switching applications and replace high-frequency current transformers. ACS73x sensor ICs come in two versions of the SOIC16W wide-body package, the LA and the MA. The LA package version features a 3600V_RMS 60-second isolation rating and can be used on voltage rails of up to 616V_AC, V_RMS, or 870V_PK or V_DC. The MA package version provides a 4800V_RMS 60-second isolation rating and can be used on voltage rails as high as 10997V_RMS or 1550V_PK or V_DC. Allegro MicroSystems ACS73x Galvanically Isolated Current Sensor ICs are ideal automotive, industrial, commercial, and communications systems.
