Models 4033 & 4034 Pulse Generators from B&K Precision are high performing 50 MHz programmable pulse generators used to test digital systems and circuits based on TTL, CMOS, or ECL technologies. B&K Precision's 4033 & 4034 Programmable Pulse Generators offer many features and benefits, including repetition rate of 0.1 Hz to 50 MHz, a variety of flexible trigger modes, pulse width programmability from 10 ns to 10 s, variable transition times from 6 ns to 100 ms, programmable delay and double pulse, predefined amplitude levels for ECL, TTL, and CMOS signals, ability to store up to 99 different test setups with auto retention of last power down setup, closed calibration, 10 Vpp into 50 ohm output, programmability via GPIB and RS-232, SCPI compatibility, and 3-year warranty.
