SMLJ-R Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Bourns SMLJ-R Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for surge and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection in a compact chip package DO-214AB (SMC) size format. These TVS diodes feature a working peak reverse voltage range of 12V to 30V, a breakdown voltage of up to 36.8V, and a peak pulse power of 3000W. Typical fast response times are less than 1ps for unidirectional devices and less than 5ps for bidirectional devices, from 0V to the minimum breakdown voltage. The SMLJ-R TVS diodes are available in recyclable, ESD-safe packaging that meets the ISO 14001 low-impact energy standard. These TVS diodes comply with RoHS and conform to the JEDEC standard. The SMLJ-R TVS diodes are ideal for portable communications and computing, and video equipment.
