ACPL-K71T & ACPL-K72T Digital CMOS Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL-K71T and ACPL-K72T Digital CMOS Optocouplers offer performance and efficiency with seamless integration into standard surface mount processes. The ACPL-K71T and ACPLK72T are housed in a SO-8 package outline. The ACPL-K71T has a propagation delay (maximum 35ns at IF = 10mA), while ACPL-K72T has an LED drive current of 4mA for standard digital isolation switching.

Optocouplers

Broadcom Optocouplers provide a reliable isolation solution in applications such as variable-speed drives, electric vehicles, induction cookers, and solar inverters. The devices are the preferred solution for insulation and isolation. The Broadcom Optocouplers feature isolation amplifier (iso-amps) products with higher performance and smaller packages.
