1612MV Multi-Volt Crystal Oscillators

1612MV Multi-Volt Crystal Oscillators are miniature, SMD, HCMOS oscillators with multi-volt capability in a 1.6mm x 1.2mm x 0.7mm ceramic package. These ECS oscillators occupy a 1.6mm x 1.2mm footprint and offer a 3MHz to 80MHz frequency range with ±25ppm stability. The RoHS-compliant oscillators feature low jitter and support a wide 1.6VDC to 3.63VDC supply voltage. These multi-volt crystal units have a 15pF output load while operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. ECS 1612MV series oscillators are ideal for low-power, portable, industrial, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

MultiVolt Oscillators

ECS MultiVolt Oscillators serve multiple design platforms. The oscillators are available in industry standard packages and can operate across the usable battery supply of 1.6~3.6 Volts DC or in a static supply voltage application. ECS MultiVolt Oscillators quartz technology offers better jitter and overall better performance than MEMS at a lower cost point.
