SMD NTC Thermistors

EPCOS/TDK SMD Chip NTC Thermistors are thermally sensitive semiconductive resistors that are designed for temperature measurement and compensation. The portfolio features NTC thermistors with excellent long-term stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. Tight tolerances of resistance and b-value allow highly accurate temperature sensing capabilities. Applications for EPCOS/TDK SMD Chip NTC Thermistors include smartphones, tablets with small case sizes, automotive, LED modules, and industrial.

Thermistors

EPCOS / TDK Thermistors include negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. The PTC series features thermally sensitive semiconductor resistors made of ceramic components in which electrical resistance rapidly increases when a certain temperature is exceeded.
