LCA717 OptoMOS® Relays

IXYS Integrated Circuits LCA717 OptoMOS® Relays are 30V single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) Solid State Relays. These relays use optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms of input to output isolation and features an ultra-low on-resistance for high-current operation. The optically coupled outputs are controlled by a highly efficient GaAIA infrared LED using patented OptoMOS architecture. The LCA717 OptoMOS Relays offer faster, bounce-free switching in a more compact surface mount or thru-hole package.

OptoMOS 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays

Littelfuse offers an extensive portfolio of 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays (SSRs) in various PC board-mount package sizes. These relays feature load current ratings from 50mA to 9A (20A with heat sink), and 30V to 1000V load voltage ratings. 1-Form-A relays are available in SOP-4, SIP-4, SMD DIP-4, SMD DIP-6, SOIC-16, Power i4-PAC, and ISOPLUS-264 packages. Fault-protected SSRs with active current limit and thermal shutdown are also available from Littelfuse to offer robust and rugged switching solutions.
