IXYS MDMAxYD Dual Thyristor Diodes offer a 1.04V to 1.05V voltage range, 210A or 280A current rating, and 4800V isolation voltage rating. These diodes feature improved temperature and power cycling, a low leakage current, a low forward voltage drop, and planar passivated chips. IXYS MDMAxYD Dual Thyristor Diodes are ideal for battery DC power supplies, input rectifiers for PWM inverters, field supplies for DC motors, and single- and three-phase bridge configurations.

Single- & Dual-Thyristor Modules

IXYS Single- and Dual-Thyristor Modules are single- or dual-thyristor modules with 800V to 2200V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 18A to 700A average forward output current. IXYS single- and dual-thyristors feature 3000V isolation voltage (UL recognized) and low forward voltage drop of 0.72V to 0.85V. These planar passivated chips utilize direct copper board (DCB) substrate technology.
