The MLO allows for the realization of high Q factor and low-profile surface mount components such as capacitors, inductors, diplexers, and filters in various case sizes and form factors. MLO™ Filters - Low Pass LP & High Pass HF Filters

KYOCERA AVX MLO™ Filters - Low Pass LP and High Pass HF Filters are high-performance multilayer organic (MLO) filters that offer excellent performance through KYOCERA AVX's patented multilayer organic high-density interconnect technology. These filters realize high Q passive printed elements such as inductors and capacitors by utilizing high dielectric constant and low loss materials in a multilayer stack. The MLO low pass and high pass filters support various frequency bands and multiple wireless standards. These KYOCERA AVX MLO filters offer various Land Grid Array (LGA) advantages such as excellent solderability, low parasitics, better heat dissipation, and inherent low profile.

RF Filters

KYOCERA AVX RF Filters offer an available frequency range from 500MHz to 6000MHz and power rating from 1W up to 15WCW. KYOCERA AVX utilizes thin film and multilayer organic (MLO®) technologies to design and manufacture low pass, band pass, and high pass filters. These filters offer low insertion loss, steep roll-offs, high out-of-band rejection, and high power in miniature case sizes. KYOCERA AVX RF Filters are ideal for Internet of Things (IoT), LTE, and GPS applications. 

Multilayer Organic (MLO) Filters

KYOCERA AVX High-performance Multilayer Organic (MLO) filters offer superior performance through KYOCERA AVX's patented multilayer organic high-density interconnect technology. MLO filters provide significant electrical, physical, and reliability advantages over traditional discrete RF or LTCC solutions. The most basic MLO component is manufactured using a single RF Grade dielectric that is laminated between thick copper plates on the top and bottom of the dielectric.
