High Reliability TVS Diodes

Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has a UL flammability 94V-0 rating, and the diodes are lead free, tin plated, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. These TVS diodes are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.

SMBJ-HR & SMBJ-HRA TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SMBJ-HR and SMBJ-HRA TVS Diodes are an "off-the-shelf" up-screened High-Reliability TVS Diodes which have been specially screened and sorted for use in DC line protection in aviation electronics. The surface-mount 600W diode series is available in a compact DO-214AA SMB package. Littelfuse SMBJ-HRA protects sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surge and other transient voltage events. The components in these series have undergone a 100% screen sorting process.
