MACOM 80GHz to 100GHz Wideband Control Products are integrated W-band diode products that achieve high linearity and P1dB (output power at 1dB compression point) of about +25dBm. The components are manufactured using MACOM's patented aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) PIN diode process. MACOM 80GHz to 100GHz Wideband Control Products are suitable for applications including aerospace and defense, medical, passive imaging, radiometry, SatCom, and test instrumentation.
