MP6532 Three-Phase Brushless DC Motor Pre-Drivers

MPS MP6532 Three-Phase Brushless DC Motor Pre-Drivers can drive three half bridges consisting of six N-Channel power MOSFETs. These pre-drivers use a bootstrap capacitor to generate supply voltage and an internal trickle charge circuit to maintain gate driver voltage. The pulse width modulation (PWM), direction, and nBRAKE inputs control the motor speed, direction, and braking. Internal safety features include programmable over-current protection, adjustable dead-time control, motor startup current limit, under-voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown. Applications include BLDC and permanent magnet synchronous motors, power drills, impact drivers, and E-bikes.
