MPM35x Synchronous Step-Down Converters

MPS MPM35x Synchronous Step-Down Converters have built-in power MOSFETs, inductors and two capacitors. The MPM35x are compact with only 4 external components. These converters achieve a 0.6A or 1.2A continuous output current. The MPM35x feature excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The converters operate in a 1.15MHz switching frequency to provide a fast load transient response.

MPM Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM Power Modules are available in single- or dual-channel and provide integrated DC-DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides a fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. These modules require a minimum number of readily available standard external components, simplifying power system design. The modules also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to compact QFN and LGA packages. MPS MPM Power Modules are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.
