IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

MPQ3326A 16-Channel LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ3326A 16-Channel LED Drivers operate from a wide 4.5V to 16V input voltage (V_IN) range. These drivers apply 16 internal current sources in each LED string terminal. The LED current (I_LED) of each channel is set by an external current-setting resistor with a maximum current of 80mA per channel. The MPQ3326A drivers integrate a serial interface with up to 10 configurable-addresses via external resistors, supporting up to 10 cascaded ICs to drive the LED arrays. Each channel can be enabled or disabled using the serial interface. The AEC-Q100 qualified MPQ3326A LED drivers support separate Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. Typical applications include automotive lights, automotive displays, instrument clusters, and general industrial displays.
