RDE Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Electronics RDE Ceramic Capacitors feature a small size and large capacitance, making them ideal for flow soldering. The devices offer low ESR that allows for use at high frequencies. They operate from a 25V_DC to 1000V_DC voltage range and 1pF to 47µF capacitance range. Murata Electronics RDE Ceramic Capacitors are suitable for general electronic equipment.

LED Lighting Application MLCCs

Murata Electronics LED Lighting Application MLCCs include GR3 and RDE multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) created specifically for LED lighting applications. The GR3 and RDE MLCCs are designed to incorporate into LED lighting circuits that follow the bridge rectification stage to provide DC supply smoothing and EMI filtering. These capacitors provide DC smoothing and acoustic noise reduction. The GR3 MLCCs show a 10dB reduction in acoustic noise over standard MLCCs. The RDE capacitors feature radial leaded insertion production. Both series of Murata Electronics LED Lighting Application MLCCs offer improved DC bias and acoustic noise reduction than the X7R series.

Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

Murata Cap House ceramic capacitors are available in general-purpose capacitors, high-frequency, soft termination, LED application, metal terminal, and AEC-Q200 Epoxy capacitors. These ceramic capacitors support solutions for suppressing acoustic noise in battery lines of laptop computers.
