Murata Power Solutions MPQ700 700W Quarter-Brick Digital DC-DC Converters are digitally controlled DC-DC board-mount power converters with a single 50V_DC output. The Murata Power Solutions MPQ700 700W converters are isolated, high-efficiency devices with PMBus^® digital communication capability (included in all base models). The PMBus capability supports a comprehensive command list, allowing the system/host to configure control and monitor status. Robust hardware fault protection from over-voltage, over-temperature, and overload conditions supports operation over a wide temperature range. This series offers a competitive advantage in base-station radio-frequency power amplifiers (RFPAs) or any information technology (ITE) application requiring high power density, efficiency, and reliable DC-DC power conversion.

MPQ600 Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters

Murata Power Solutions MPQ600 Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters feature a PMBus™ interface and are designed for radio frequency power amplifier (RFPA) applications. These 600W board-mount devices include an input range of 36V_DC to 75V_DC and an adjustable output voltage of 14V to 35V with efficiency achieving 96.5% at 48V_IN full load. An integrated baseplate can be used to optimize the thermal performance in a closed box or air-cooled system application while offering input-to-output isolation of 2250V_DC with a basic insulation system. Protections include input undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short circuit. Murata Power Solutions MPQ600 Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters are designed to enable hardware engineers the flexibility to meet demanding RFPA system design plans.
