MC33XS2410 Quad High-Side Switches

NXP Semiconductors MC33XS2410 Quad High-Side Switches are four-channel self-protected devices featuring advanced digital monitoring and control functions. The MC33XS2410 operates from 3.0V to 60V. The switches offer a high level of integration, incorporating an embedded 12-bit analog-to-digital converter that drastically simplifies hardware design and MCU software control. An SPI port manages the outputs' configuration, monitoring, and diagnostics. The device enters safe operation mode whenever communication with the MCU is lost, allowing a safe operation mode, but remains operational, controllable, and protected.
