Beginning in July of 2012 (date code E25), Neutrik began
shipping the NTP3RC and NTP3RC-B 3.5mm right angle plug with an
aesthetic modification to the housing. The knurl or "ribs" have
been removed leaving a smooth, more appealing design with
optimal plating. This is a rolling change, once inventory has
been depleted on the version with a knurl or "ribs" they will no
longer be available.
This is a cosmetic change only and does not affect the form,
fit, or function of the product.
