Power Integrations SCALE™-2 IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) Gate Driver Cores provide a highly flexible solution by including all commonly required driver functions in a single module. The SCALE-2 Series includes IGBT modules with current ranges from 150A to 3600A and voltage ranges from 600V to 6500V.

2SD300C17A2 Dual Channel Drives

Power Integrations 2SD300C17A2 Dual Channel Drives are high-quality and low-cost SCALE™-2 dual-driver cores that are a second source to Infineon's 2ED300C17-S and 2ED300C17-ST. These drivers are highly reliable and functionally compatible with 2ED300C17-S/2ED300C17-ST. The 2SD300C17A2 devices combine a two-channel driver core with an isolated DC/DC converter, short circuit protection, and supply voltage monitoring. These drivers also provide a gate voltage swing of ±15V and an output current of 30A with a drive power of 4W per channel.
