QPF5001 Dual-Channel 12W Transmit/Receive Module

Qorvo QPF5001 Dual-Channel 12W Transmit / Receive Module is an X-band front-end module (FEM) that combines a power amplifier, a low noise amplifier, and a limiter in one compact design. This module features an 8GHz to 12GHz frequency range, 1.5dB receiver noise figure, and 12W saturated transmit power. The QPF5001 reduces the board area by approximately 50% compared to discrete component solutions. Qorvo QPF5001 Dual-Channel 12W Transmit / Receive Module is configured to interface with a circulator and is suitable for communications and commercial and military radar.
