Qorvo QPF5005 8GHz to 12GHz 5W Transmit/Receive Modules are designed for 8-12GHz X-Band applications. The FEM integrates a T/R switch, limiter, low-noise amplifier, and power amplifier. Transmit power is 5W saturated, and receiver noise figure is 2.2dB. The module is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
