PML10 & PML18 Ultra-Low-Ohmic Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor PML10 and PML18 Ultra-Low Ohmic Chip Resistors offer an overall resistance range from 0.5mΩ to 2.5mΩ with ±2% or ±5% tolerance in a compact 1220 (0508) or 1632 (0612) package size. The wide terminal configuration provides improved soldering reliability and heat dissipation characteristics. The series utilizes a trimming-less structure for increased current detection accuracy and is recommended for large current and high-speed switching circuits. ROHM Semiconductor PML10 and PML18 Ultra-Low Ohmic Chip Resistors feature up to a 1W power rating and operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range. Both series are lead free, ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certified, AEC-Q200 automotive grade, and RoHS compliant.
