Ultra-Low Ohmic Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor Ultra-Low Ohmic Chip Resistors feature a wide terminal configuration for high joint reliability and an ultra-low-ohmic resistance range. These devices improve current detection accuracy by the trimming-less structure. The ROHM resistors have obtained ISO9001/IATF16949 certification and correspond to AEC-Q200 (automotive grade).
