SKY6642x RF Front-End Modules

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY6642x RF Front-End Modules are designed for high-power Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) band applications operating in the 860MHz to 930MHz frequency range. The SKY6642 devices support LPWAN, LoRa®, and Sigfox and are designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility. They feature fully matched 50Ω TX (or TX_ALT) RX inputs, antenna outputs, and digital controls compatible with 1.6V to 3.6V CMOS levels.

IoT Front-End Modules (FEM)

Skyworks Solutions Inc. IoT Front-End Modules (FEM) provide compatibility with multiple wireless standards and SoCs/RFICs in a single RF module. The IoT FEM is ideal for wireless connectivity, allowing ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth® standards, with BLUETOOTH® 5 included. The IoT FEM is an efficient Internet of Things (IoT) solution when paired with a System on Chip (SoC) platform, resulting in longer battery life and extended transmission range.
