Linear Position Sensor Potentiometers

Spectra Symbol Linear Position Sensor Potentiometers consist of SoftPot, ThinPot, HotPot, and MagenetoPot potentiometers. These potentiometers come with the IP64 debris-proof, splash-proof, and IP65 dustproof, waterproof (intense spray) ratings.

SoftPot Potentiometers

Spectra Symbol SoftPot Potentiometers are soft membrane potentiometers or linear position sensors designed to control systems with precision or track position and acquire the preferred output. These sensors feature 3M Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA), -40°C to 50°C operating temperature range, >1 million lifecycles, and polyester substrate. The SoftPot potentiometers operate at 10kΩ standard resistance, 1kΩ to 100kΩ custom resistance range, ±20% resistance tolerance, and no affect @95% RH, 4hrs 50°C humidity. These potentiometers function in multiple configurations, such as linear, serpentine, and elliptical, and are IP65 dustproof and waterproof. The SoftPot potentiometers are ideal for products that need sealed sensors with a tight form factor, such as medical, dental, space, and robotics.
