EPCOS / TDK Power Inductors have a variety of features and benefits, including a temperature range of up to +150°C, high rated current, low DC resistance, a ferrite core construction, suitability for lead-free reflow soldering, AEC-Q200 qualification, RoHS compliance, wide inductance value range, and more. These power inductors are utilized in many applications, including multimedia, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, DC/DC converters, telecommunications, and more.

SPM-VC-D Automotive Inductors

TDK SPM-VC-D Automotive Inductors are metal composite-type wound inductors for power circuits using a metallic magnetic material. These AEC-Q200-compliant inductors feature 30G vibration resistance, a 1µH to 100µH inductance range, 2.3mΩ to 334mΩ DC resistance range, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C (including self-temperature rise). The SPM-VC-D components offer low Rdc and miniaturization due to the superior DC superimposition characteristics of the metallic magnetic materials. TDK SPM-VC-D Automotive Inductors are ideally suited for use in automotive-related equipment such as LEDs, engine control modules, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and body control modules.

The SPM5030VC-D series offers metal composite-type wound inductors built for power circuits using a metallic magnetic material. Low RDC and miniaturization are possible because of the excellent DC superimposition characteristics due to the metallic magnetic materials. TDK SPM5030VC-D Wound Metal Automotive Inductors offer a vibration-resistant structure and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C.
