LSF010x/LSF010x-Q1 Level Translators

Texas Instruments LSF010x/LSF010x-Q1 Level Translators support bidirectional voltage translation without needing a DIR pin which minimizes system effort (for PMBus, I2C, SMBus, etc.). The LSF010x/LSF010x-Q1 supports up to 100MHz up translation and greater than 100MHz down translation at ≤30pF capacitive load. Additionally, these devices support up to 40MHz up/down translation at 50pF capacitance load. These features enable the device to support more consumer or telecom interfaces (MDIO or SDIO).

LSF0108-Q1 Multi-Voltage-Level Translator

Texas Instruments LSF0108-Q1 Bidirectional Multi-Voltage-Level Translator supports up to 100MHz up translation and greater than 100MHz down translation at <= 30pF cap load. This device can also do up to 40MHz up/down translation at 50pF cap load. This translation allows the LSF family to support more consumer or telecom interfaces (MDIO or SDIO). This device also allows bi-directional voltage translation without DIR pin which minimizes system effort to develop voltage translation for bidirectional interfaces (PMBus, I2C, or SMbus). With a 5V tolerance on the IO port and 125°C support, it allows the device to be flexible and compliant with TTL levels in industrial and telecom applications.
