AEC-Q200 Thin Film Resistors
YAGEO AEC-Q200 Thin Film Resistors are high precision and high stability chip resistors made by thin film processes. These resistors offer superior resistance against the sulfur-containing atmosphere and are rated Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1. The resistors are constructed from a high-grade ceramic body, and internal metal electrodes are added at each end connected by a resistive layer. This resistive layer is trimmed to its nominal value, and on both ends, a contact is made, which guarantees optimum solderability. YAGEO AEC-Q200 Qualified Thin Film Chip Resistors feature high component and equipment reliability, halogen-free epoxy, and are lead-free without RoHS exemption. The VT series resistors are high voltage with a maximum operating voltage of up to 700V. Applications include automotive electronics, industrial and medical equipment, test and measuring equipment, and telecommunications.
