YAGEO FMP High Power Metal Film Resistors feature a power rating range of 1/2W to 4W and a resistance tolerance range of ±1% to ±5%. The FMP Resistors are manufactured using a vacuum sputtering system to deposit multiple layers of mixed metal alloys and passivated materials onto a carefully treated high-grade ceramic substrate. After a helical groove has been cut in the resistive layer, tinned connecting leads of electrolytic copper are welded to the end-caps. The YAGEO FMP resistors are coated with layers of pink lacquer.
