YAGEO offers complete circuit protection solutions, including overvoltage protection (OVP) components TVS, MOV, GDT, SPG, ESD, TSS, and overcurrent protection components PPTC and NTC. The TVS, MOV, and ESD products provide precise voltage clamping capability and constrain the voltage to a permissible level to prevent circuit damage by conducting significant current to ground. The GDT, SPG, and TSS products work as a switch that can be turned on to conduct transient abnormal current to ground. The PPTC and NTC resistors feature resistance dependent on temperature and can be changed along with temperature to protect circuits. Thyristor Surge (TSS) Protectors

YAGEO Thyristor Surge (TSS) Protectors feature low leak current, 1ns response speed, and 6V to 620V off-state voltage range. TSS products can be used as a switch that can be turned on to conduct transient abnormal current to ground. These protectors have a low leakage current of 1µA to 5µA, silicon wafer material, and meet UL safety certifications. YAGEO Thyristor Surge Protectors are suitable for telecom applications, security surveillance, smart meters, and industrial environments.
