OSCONIQ® S 3030 White LEDs

ams OSRAM OSCONIQ® S 3030 White LEDs use sapphire flip chip technology and special phosphor technology to offer excellent performance. These LEDs offer a light output of 235lm/W for CRI 80 and 226lm/W for CRI 90. The OSCONIQ S 3030 LEDs feature 120° (Lambertian emitter) typical radiation, 2700K to 6500K color temperature, and stable deep dimming at low driving current from 1mA. These LEDs offer 8kV Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) withstand voltage according to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001. The OSCONIQ S 3030 LEDs feature a viewing angle of 120° and operate within the -40°C to 105°C temperature range. These LEDs come in a standard form factor to enable drop-in replacements. Typical applications include downlight fixtures, office panel fixtures, low and high bay fixtures, and flood light fixtures.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
