Low Noise Amplifiers

Guerrilla RF Low Noise Amplifiers are broadband, linear, ultralow noise amplifiers designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance RF applications. The Guerrilla RF product portfolio includes a wide range of gain, linearity, NF, and bypass capability using a single layout. These devices deliver a modular RF design system, including single-stage, two-stage, bypass, and failsafe bypass devices.

GRF2133 Ultra-High Gain LNA

Guerrilla RF GRF2133 Ultra-High Gain LNA features ultra-high gain and sub 0.8dB noise figure for high-performance applications. The GRF2133 is configured as a linear driver, LNA, or cascaded gain block. The device offers high levels of reuse within a design and across platforms. The device is operated from a supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.0V with a selectable Iddq range of 30mA to 160mA for optimal efficiency and linearity.
