Toshiba Brushed DC Motor Driver ICs provide a robust portfolio for various workhorse applications across industrial, consumer, healthcare, and automotive sectors. These devices are ideal for a vast array of applications, such as printers, actuators, locks, surveillance cameras, shades and blinds, dispensers, robotics, garage door openers, and H-bridge latching relays. Toshiba offers drivers with up to four channels, featuring many package options and several pin-to-pin compatible models with popular brushed motor drivers, which facilitate a user's multi-source strategy.

Bi-CMOS Linear Integrated Circuits

Toshiba Bi-CMOS Linear Integrated Circuits are used in brushed DC motor applications and feature two output driver channels each. The Toshiba Bi-CMOS circuits enable direct drive of motors with efficiency and have a low on-resistance and PWM control. The ICs provide highly efficient motor drive outputs, ensuring optimal performance.
