NXU0202 2-Bit Dual-Supply Buffer/Level Translators

Nexperia NXU0202 2-Bit Dual-Supply Buffer/Level Translators are designed to enable communication between different voltage domains. These devices feature Schmitt-trigger inputs and 3-state outputs, suitable for asynchronous data transfer. The Nexperia NXU0202 devices support a wide supply voltage range from 0.9V to 5.5V for both VCCA and VCCB, allowing translation between various voltage levels such as 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. With a maximum data rate of 250Mbps for translations between 1.8V and 5V, the NXU0202 ensures high-speed performance. NXU0202 also includes an output enable (OE) pin that can be referenced to either VCCA or VCCB, providing flexibility in design. These devices are designed for low power consumption, with a typical current draw of 3µA at +25°C. Additionally, the NXU0202  translators feature IOFF circuitry to prevent backflow current when the device is powered down, ensuring reliable operation in partial power-down applications.
