Nexperia DFN2020 175° Automotive MOSFETs
Nexperia DFN2020 175° Automotive MOSFETs offer medium power in a Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology. The DFN2020 MOSFETs include 40V and 60V automotive MOSFETs with RDS(ON) down to 18mΩ (@4.5V) for the 40V N-channel and RDS(ON) down to 45mΩ (@4.5V) for the 40V P-channel. The devices have a small footprint of 2.0mm x 2.0mm and an extended temperature range of Tj = 175°C. The Nexperia DFN2020 175°C Automotive MOSFETs are ideal for relay drivers, high-speed line drivers, low-side load switches, and switching circuits.
