Toshiba TLP109 / TLP116A Photocouplers
Toshiba TLP109 and TLP116A Photocouplers are offered in small surface-mount packages. These Toshiba photocouplers with reinforced insulation are housed in an SO6 package, which is pin-compatible with the conventional MFSOP6 package but at a reduced maximum PCB mounted height of 2.3mm.
The Toshiba TLP109 and TLP116A are ideal for low-profile applications, offer clearance and creepage distance of 5mm or more, and provide an internal Faraday shield with thickness of 0.4mm or more. The TLP109 and TLP116A photocouplers meet designers' needs for a thin package and a high level of safety standard compliance and are optimized for use in various communication interfaces, insulated bus drivers, high-speed line receivers, measuring instruments, and more.
