STMicroelectronics​ ESDZV18-1BF4 Bidirectional Single Line TVS Diode is designed to protect the data line or other I/O ports against ESD transients. This single-line TVS diode features low clamping voltage, low leakage current, 0.18mm2 PCB area, and is compatible with 0201 package size. The ESDZV18-IBF4 TVS diode is ideal for smartphones, tablets, netbooks, digital cameras, communication, and highly integrated systems.
