FDMS86250/520/540 N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs

ON Semiconductor FDMS86250/520/540 N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs have been designed specifically to improve the overall efficiency and to minimize switch node ringing of DC/DC converters using either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low R_DS(on), fast switching speed and body diode reverse recovery performance. Typical applications for these devices include DC-DC conversion, primary DC-DC switch, motor bridge switch, synchronous rectifier and load switch.
